Lalithaa Jiji is a writer, interviewer, and, in the truest sense, a historian of people. She has spent fifteen years in Dubai listening to the stories that shape the region: the founders who built companies from nothing, the families who crossed continents in search of a better life, the executives navigating the complexities of global business with local roots.

Her approach is unusual among advisory professionals. She comes to every engagement not as a service provider but as a collaborator. Curious, patient, and committed to understanding the full arc of a story before attempting to write a single sentence of it.

Her most ambitious project to date, personally conducting and writing profiles of one hundred of the most influential Indian business leaders in the UAE, took over a year to complete. The result was not a directory. It was a human document: intimate, precise, and written with the care the subjects deserved.

Prior to founding Astrahika, Lalithaa worked across journalism, editorial consulting, and communications, developing the cross-disciplinary range that now defines the firm. Equally at home writing a corporate history, a founder memoir, a thought leadership column, or a family legacy archive.
